Backward Forward We were successful in the firefighting although the roof got very hot and I was worried how I could cool down any fires inside the roof, but when I tried, it turned out to be easy - there was a cut-away in the roof. And there was no insulation to cut through - just a red painted metal truss that was only warm to the touch after we doused it with water. After the fires were all out, you and I sat down to look over the ravine. After all that disaster, we witnessed the most beautiful sunrise ever. Vibrant pinks and oranges contrasting with the shadows of the burned tree trunks and limbs in our frame of reference. We decided that the view would never have happened if the fire had not spread throughout the ravine.
